Turn up your volume and check out this skit performed by three of very own Jackson Jaws! Do you remember the other rules of capitalization we talked about? If so, you need to be applying them to your writing every day! I am still finding papers with "i" written.
Here are a few for review for those of you who have forgotten!
Capitalize:
- The first letter of every sentence
- Specials names including names of people, places, and events
- Holidays, days of the week, and months
- Cities, states, countries and places of citizenship
- Titles of books, newspapers, poems, magazines, and songs
Remember that if the name includes more than one word, most all words are capitalized:
- Average Road, Gone With the Wind, President Bush, Olson Park
